All sales at MUSEO SEVEN are final. We do not offer refunds.

 

Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

Please note that custom or personalized orders are non-exchangeable, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
